We are based in King, North Carolina, and serve weddings throughout the state, including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Asheville, Wilmington, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas. We also take select destination weddings across North Carolina and beyond.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date, ideally 6–12 months in advance. For peak wedding months (May–October), the earlier the better to secure your preferred packages and schedule. Reach out even if your date is right around the corner- we will try to accommodate if our schedule allows.

Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel fees apply for locations outside the Piedmont Triad region, which are calculated based on distance and logistics.

With over 16 years of design experience in advertising and branding, combined with hands-on woodworking skills, we create intentional, elevated pieces that are both beautiful and functional. We also have an array of state of the art tools in-house.

Absolutely! All of our signage is engineered and stabilized to be nearly indestructible. Whether it’s a large welcome sign, seating chart, or ceremony backdrop, our materials and construction methods ensure your pieces withstand wind, weather, and repeated use.

We invest in top-of-the-line equipment to deliver high-quality results. Our studio includes:

  • Mimaki JFX-200 UV wide-format printer (up to 4x8 ft prints)
  • Thunder 130-watt CO₂ laser cutter
  • A full array of professional woodworking equipment
  • Upcoming: hot foil press from the UK & expanded letterpress capabilities

We’re always reinvesting in our studio so we can push creative boundaries and maintain a luxury, professional standard for every wedding we serve.

We create a wide range of custom wedding signage, including welcome signs, seating charts, ceremony signs, bar menus, table numbers, and personalized decor. Both rental and fully custom options are available.

Absolutely! We specialize in crafting cohesive designs that complement your color palette, wedding theme, and overall aesthetic.

Yes. All rental signage packages include delivery, installation, and pick-up. We will even put out menus and place cards at each seat. We handle everything so you can focus on your celebration.

Production times vary based on complexity, but generally we recommend finalizing designs at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding to allow for design, fabrication, and installation.

We create custom wedding invitations, save-the-dates, day-of stationery (menus, programs, signage, name place cards), escort cards, and personalized thank-you notes. Foil press, letterpress, and digital printing options are available.

Invitations and save-the-dates usually take 6–8 weeks from final approval to delivery. Day-of stationery can be finalized closer to your wedding date, depending on the pieces needed.

We provide a variety of packages tailored to your needs:

  • Signage Packages – Welcome signs, seating charts, ceremony & bar signage.
  • Stationery Packages – Invitations, day-of stationery, and coordinating paper goods.
  • All-Inclusive Packages – A combination of signage, stationery, and florals for a cohesive wedding design.
  • Custom / Mix & Match Packages – Choose exactly what you need. If you don't meet our $1800 minimum for delivery you can pickup and return in King

  • Signage Packages: Starting around $1,800 for our full service (our average signage spend is around $3,500 per couple)
  • Stationery Packages: Starting around $500–$3,500 (our average invitation spend is around $2,500 per couple)
  • All-Inclusive Packages: Typically $4,500–$6,000+ (signage, stationery, and florals)
  • Custom / Mix & Match Packages: Pricing varies based on selected services and scale (on average under $1,200 and picked up locally or shipped to you)

Yes! Add-ons like acrylic drink stirrers, large backdrops, menus, or additional floral pieces are available. We can customize packages to fit your vision and budget.

How do we receive a quote?

After sharing your wedding details and vision, we’ll provide a detailed proposal with pricing for packages and any add-ons. You can also schedule a call to walk through the options.
What is your design process like?

What is your design process like?

Everything starts with our inquiry form. It gives us the basics we need, and from there we’ll reach out with a few follow-up questions so we can better understand your vision. If it’s helpful, we can also hop on a quick call to talk through ideas, logistics, or anything you’re still deciding on.

Next, we’ll put together a detailed proposal. Once it’s approved, the contract is signed, and the deposit is made, your project officially moves onto our calendar and into the design phase.

From there, we start with a vision board and mockups. You’ll be able to review everything and share feedback directly through your client portal. The portal (powered by Dubsado) keeps all your important info in one place—mockups, invoices, forms, messages, and timelines—so it’s easy to stay organized.

After designs are finalized, we handle all production in-house. Once everything is ready, we coordinate with you or your planner to confirm day-of timing, setup logistics, and any venue considerations. Then we take care of delivery and installation so everything looks exactly the way you imagined.
