Custom Orders

For all custom orders we will provide a mockup of your design prior to creating your item. For all recipe cutting boards, custom signs, wood items, products personalized with a photo etc- a design proof/mockup will be emailed to you for approval. We are happy to make any adjustments to your design so feel free to let us know if you'd like any changes to be made.

 

Shipping Policy and Turnaround Times

The majority of our products are custom/made to order and have varying turn around times. Most items ship within 2-6 weeks. Do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns, if you need a more specific turnaround time estimate, or if you need an item by a certain date.

  • We offer local delivery and/or pickup for local customers within 20 miles of Winston-Salem, NC. Pickup and delivery turnaround times are no different.
  • All wood decor products ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships.
  • Ornament and keychain orders ship via USPS First Class Mail (unless you've selected to upgrade) and will include a tracking number.
More on Turnaround Times:
    • Engraved recipe and photo cutting boards typically ship within 1 week. We usually send out a proof within 2-3 days. The sooner you send over your images and approve the proof- the sooner your item can be made : )
    • Custom signs typically ship in 4-8 weeks
    • Neon signs 4-8 weeks
    • Smaller items (ornaments, name tags, keychains, shelf sitters etc) typically ship within 2 weeks
    • Resin boards are made to order and typically ship within 2-3 weeks
    • Watercolor portrait proofs are sent out within 3-5 days and prints typically ship within 1 week via USPS First Class mail.

If there is a problem with your order or if your item arrives damaged- email us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com and we will help get the situation resolved quickly.

Please leave a note at checkout or email us if your item delivery is time sensitive or if you'd like to upgrade your shipping. We totally understand that many of our items are special occasion gifts and we will do whatever we can to get it to you in time for your special day.

We currently do not offer International shipping at checkout due to inconsistent pricing calculations. Please email us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com if you'd like to ship an item internationally. We can provide a more accurate shipping quote to you.

 

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items but please contact us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com if you have any problems whatsoever with your order. 

If an item arrives damaged please let us know as quickly as possible. We are more than happy to replace the item or issue a refund due to shipping damage.
