Carly and Grant’s wedding at Eseeola Lodge in Linville, North Carolina was the kind of day that stays with you. Set in the heart of Western North Carolina’s mountains, their June celebration was full of vibrant color, lush florals, and one of the most stunning backdrops you can imagine. It all came together in a way that felt joyful, warm, and beautifully personal.
A Stunning Setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains
Eseeola Lodge is one of those places that feels like a hidden gem. The mix of rustic charm, luxury touches, and sweeping mountain views made the perfect setting for Carly and Grant’s day. Everywhere you looked, the landscape added its own layer of beauty — towering trees, rolling greens, and soft mountain light that made every moment feel cinematic.
Custom Signage with Personality
For their wedding, we created two standout pieces that added so much character to the overall design:
A Layered Seating Chart That Turned Heads
Their seating chart was a fully layered design built with depth, dimension, and a bold color palette that tied in with their florals. It was one of those pieces guests couldn’t help but stop and admire on their way into the reception. The colors played perfectly off the bright summer florals and natural wood of the lodge.
The Vintage Phone Booth
Our vintage phone booth made an appearance and quickly became a guest favorite. Between the mountain scenery, the cheerful colors, and the energy of the day, it fit right in. Guests loved leaving heartfelt audio messages for the newlyweds — a fun, interactive touch that added personality to the reception.
A Wedding Day Full of Color and Joy
One of the most memorable parts of this wedding was how much color surrounded every moment. The florals were lush, vibrant, and overflowing with texture. From bright pinks and corals to soft greens and golds, the palette felt perfectly suited to a summer wedding in the mountains.
And then there was one extra bit of charm: the coolest vintage VW bus, which made for an amazing photo moment and added to the retro-inspired touches woven throughout the day.

Working on this wedding was such a joy. Carly and Grant were a dream to create for, and seeing our pieces shine in a setting as gorgeous as Eseeola Lodge was truly special. It’s the kind of celebration that reminds us how meaningful these small details can be — the ones guests stop to admire, interact with, and remember long after the night is over.
