Demetria and Nick’s November 2025 wedding at Prestonwood Country Club was the epitome of elevated elegance. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a cohesive and luxurious experience. The celebration felt timeless, immersive, and beautifully refined from start to finish.
In collaboration with the bride and Elana Events, we brought this vision to life through intentional design and custom craftsmanship. Each element worked together to transform the space and guide guests through an unforgettable experience.
From the moment guests arrived, the design made a statement. An eight-foot-tall arched welcome sign greeted everyone at the entrance. This striking piece introduced the wedding’s sophisticated aesthetic and set the tone for the celebration ahead.
Inside, lush all-white florals covered nearly every inch of the space. The florals created a romantic and dramatic atmosphere throughout Prestonwood Country Club. At the same time, the neutral palette allowed each custom detail to shine without feeling overwhelming.
One of the most memorable moments for guests was the three-tier statement seating chart. Finished with elegant ivory and gold accents, this installation was both functional and visually impactful. It quickly became a focal point and a natural gathering place.
Reception tables featured layered, tactile details. Embossed velvet table numbers with mirrored gold finishes added depth and richness, while gold foil layered menus elevated each place setting. These elements brought warmth and texture to the tables while maintaining a polished look.
Custom signage continued throughout the space. Acrylic bar signage and acrylic signage for the cigar lounge complemented the overall design while enhancing the guest experience. Each piece felt intentional and seamlessly integrated.
At the cake table, a mirrored acrylic monogram added a personal finishing touch. This detail reflected light beautifully and tied back to the gold accents used throughout the celebration.
